Jake Vanhooser

He is originally from Evansville, Indiana.  Jake’s mom always had an eye for finding, investing & renovating properties, which sparked his entrepreneurial spirit.  He is a graduate of Purdue University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Biology & a Minor in Entrepreneurship.  After graduating, he attended Logan University, where he received his Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine.  This is where he met his wife, Lauren, and they both moved to Nashville in 2014 to pursue their Chiropractic careers and eventually open their own practice together.

Jake continued to pursue side investments in real estate and has a passion for finding the space and creating or renovating properties for sale or lease.  He is an asset to the brokerage with a wide array of information.  He has the vision to find the right properties for the best return on investment, while handling everything involved to begin a project from the prebuild stage…permits, zoning, design, project management, etc. 

Recently, he and his wife expanded their family with a baby girl, Vivian.  He loves spending time with his family and their friends.  You will most likely find him boating, watching football & basketball (Big Purdue Fan!), exercising & researching new development opportunities.
