Carlie Gianotti-Sessum

Carlie is originally from Goodrich, Michigan. She attended Mott Community College, where she majored in Business Administration. 

In 2014, she relocated to Nashville and lives in the Donelson area with her husband, Ricky Sessum, the owner of Music City Turf. 

Carlie is a natural entrepreneur and always connects with movers and shakers in the industry.  She thinks outside of the box when it come to networking.  As the event producer of Network under 40 &  Bring Your Own Biz Card (BYOBC), if you need a referral, she knows someone for the job!  

Carlie also dedicates a large portion of her time to local charities. She is a board member of David’s Faith & Hope for Life foundation and actively chairs events year round for The Tunnel to Towers Foundation. 

Her focus when it comes to real estate is to be a one stop shop for business connections and streamlining the home buying or selling process.  For many clients, she prides herself on taking what can seem like a scary and stressful situation and turns it into a positive life-changing experience. 

In her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband, boating, golfing, travel & exploring new hot spots in Nashville.
