Angelynn Edwards

Angelynn is originally from Florence, Alabama. She graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.S. degree in Management Information Systems and Computer Science. While working in a sales and data analysis career after college, she pursued her M.B.A. at the University of North Alabama.

Visiting her brother in Nashville several times, Angelynn fell in love with Music City and relocated after graduation. She has lived in Nashville for over 20 years and resides in the downtown Gulch neighborhood. She and her husband, Ryan Keane, also have a properties in the Old Hickory Lake area, South Gulch and in Chicago, IL.

Angelynn has over 25 years of professional sales and marketing experience and 12 years in Nashville real estate. Her career path has been successful because of her ability to connect and build solid business relationships. She prides herself on providing superior customer service and truly caring about her clients’ best interests.

Real estate is one of the largest investments people will make in their lifetime. Whether buying or selling, she will guide you through the entire process. She has sold over $60 Million in real estate transactions and has consistently ranked in Top Producer Magazine as one of Nashville's Top 5% Producers.

In her spare time, Angelynn is actively involved in her community. She is an advisory board member of the Change Your Brain Foundation, with a major focus on brain health. She has hosted many community events including awareness walks, songwriter rounds, golf & pickle ball tournaments. She is also in active with the University of Alabama Alumni Association of Nashville.

Angelynn is a board member of the Gulch Business Improvement District (G.B.I.D.), which gives her the opportunity to stay well connected with the Nashville Downtown partnership.

She enjoys spending time with her husband (Ryan Keane) & rescue dog (Louie), family and friends, as well as exercising, tennis, yoga, food & wine, travel, boating/wake surfing, and scuba diving.
